Solstice Sales Office
A cutting-edge sales office to promote Solstice, a luxury apartment development on Montreal's prestigious De la Montagne street
The Solstice sales office was developed to promote and sell the Solstice project and its 329 apartments.
The space uses local Nordic materials such as red oak and St-Marc Stone (harvested in the quarries around Montreal), and is designed to echo Solstice's common areas. Working in collaboration with the sales team, we established a sales pitch path to take clients on a journey through the different spaces. We also created a giant 1:50 model of the future building, which occupies prime position at the center of the sales office.
As Senior Designer on the wider Solstice project, the sales office also fell under this remit. I created the initial concept, then oversaw and reviewed all technical drawings for the space. Deadlines were tight and based on the requirements set by the sales and marketing team.
