New Montreal HQ for a global investment bank and financial services company

Morgan Stanley's rapid expansion in Montreal meant it had grown out of its old premises, and needed to accommodate even more employees at its downtown HQ.

The new premises occupy 55,000 sq. ft. over two floors. With over 450 employees working for them, the new design needed to encourage meetings and the exchange of ideas. NEUF Architectes created a flexible space, with certain areas focused on socialisation and collaboration, and others promoting a sense of calm and concentration.
Brought onto this project as project manager to help the existing team have stronger relationships with the New York based client as well as to space plan their new offices.
