Clifton Yamba

Luxurious retirement village in Yamba for active old-timers.

Clifton Lifestyle is renowned for its luxurious retirement villages located throughout Australia. Targeted at young retirees, these developments emphasize an active lifestyle and encourage social gatherings among residents.

For this project, I furnished four show homes inspired by a Hampton-style concept. This design used soft blues and greens, complemented by natural wood finishes and clean lines. The main communal building includes a variety of services such as a restaurant, a craft room, a games room, a gym, an outdoor pool, a lawn bowling club, and several private rooms intended for family gatherings and events.

These indoor and outdoor spaces were designed around the luxurious Hampton style and are surrounded by lush natural flora in Yamba.

Additionally, I participated in reviewing the general layout of the main building, as well as the lighting and electrical plans, to ensure they are suitable for an aging population.
