Nestled on the heights of Gosford, Rumbalara Residence is a luxurius multi-residential projects ideal for Sydneysiders whishing to escape the city.

Rumbalara, which means "end of the rainbow," is an impressive development situated within a historic sandstone quarry at one of Gosford's highest points.

The architectural design of Rumbalara beautifully reflects the natural beauty of the sandstone quarry and the vibrant tree canopy of the surrounding reserve.

As the main Senior Designer on this project, I was responsible for establishing the overall interior design concept for all common areas, as well as the general layouts of the units. The concept drew inspiration from the site's quarry history, with a specific focus on integrating sandstone throughout the spaces. For example, we used rough stone blocks for the front desk and incorporated a beautifully etched stone wall that is visible from the pool area. This approach allowed us to highlight the natural beauty of the surroundings without altering the site's original character.
