The Waterford Community Retirement is a family-owned and operated residence founded on the "continuum of care" principle. This two-building complex hosts 300 rooms and apartments, coupled with diverse amenities to promote independent and active lifestyles and respond to the unique needs of each patient.

I was brought onto the project as Project Manager following the departure of the designer in charge of the initial design. I was in charge of overviewing material specifications, client liason, and reviewing shop drawings and any RFI that might arise during the construction process.
